The Villa has 22 rooms arranged in the lobby floor (raised) with window, on the first floor with balcony and on the attic floor with balcony; there are also some in the garden equipped with a small terrace on the front.
In the main building there is no elevator.
In all our rooms is not allowed to smoke.
The villa has a large private parking and wifi free for its guests.
Our cancellation policy is the following:
Cancellation is free till 8 days before the arrival.
From the 7th day there is a penalty of 100% of the total of the stay.
Check in: from 13.00 to 18.00
Check out: no later than 10.00
